This group is a small group ceremony with 4-6 men.
Group Breathwork at DANO
Join us at a local shop in Southeast Portland for a group breathwork session. This is a small group session of 10 people.
The session begins with a grounding meditation, instruction, and then we’ll dive into an active breathwork practice that assists in connecting you with your emotional body and altered states of consciousness. We’ll end the class in circle with optional sharing and tea.
