breathwork + psilocybin

In a recent study, Conscious-Connected breathwork has shown to produce similar mystical states as a mid-level psilocybin dose. I’ve found that by utilizing Breathwork as a preparation tool, clients have an opportunity to get comfortable in altered states and learn tools to move through emotional material and prepare the body-mind for a deep and successful journey.

Breathwork sessions are also helpful to integrate, clear and process material from your journey. These sessions are supportive to revisit insights from your journey and connect with your body post journey.

For more information, book a free 30 minute call to answer questions, connect, and discover if we’re a good fit for this work together.

The map of your journey

  • Schedule a free 30 minute call to answer your questions, connect, and discover if we’re a good match for this work together.

  • The next step, you’ll fill out an in-depth intake form exploring questions around your medical history, past traumas and experiences, and your intentions with psilocybin.

We’ll then have our intake session to go through this form together. If we both agree that this work is a good fit for us, we then move forward with scheduling the journey at a Licensed Service Center.

  • We'll begin to clarify your intentions and learn navigational tools for your experience. We’ll dial in a therapeutic dosage of mushrooms, and run through logistics and other supportive details before your ceremony.

  • On the day of the journey, you’ll arrive to a comfortable space specifically dedicated to your deep healing. The space has comfortable pillows, blankets, an eye mask, headphones and anything else you may need.

We’ll move slowly that morning, by leaving space to clarify intentions, ground into the present moment, and touch into anything that would like to be shared, felt, or processed before the mushrooms are presented.

After the mushrooms are consumed. The average journey lasts between 4-8 hours and will include a curated playlist. During this time I’ll provide a steady foundation of gentle, nurturing and judgement-free support, so that you can comfortably journey beyond this material world. You’ll be fully held, supported and taken care of from the moment you walk into the space.

After the journey, we’ll start to slowly transition out of the space and we’ll lightly chat about ceremony after-care and tending before you head out.

  • Integration is a vital part of this process. We will use a combination of supportive conversation, coaching and breathwork to integrate material that arose in your journey and practice navigating your present moment experience. We’ll explore ways to create sustainable lasting change and greet whatever may be arising post-journey.

Mushroom Guide
Facilitator in Portland, Oregon

Natasha as a guide

Natasha is a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, a Somatic Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. Her academic foundation is in Public Health, receiving a Bachelors of Science with a focus in Health Promotion and Health Behavior at Oregon State University. She studied under Gabor Mate’s program Compassionate Inquiry and is currently continuing her education with Somatic Experiencing by Peter Levine.

Natasha is passionate about fostering nurturing and transformational spaces, for both individuals and groups, to tap into their innate healing capacity and unearth material blocking their most authentic expression and connection to life.  She is trauma-informed, and provides a compassionate, judgement-free and gentle presence for clients to dive into the full spectrum of their human-ness and comfortably journey beyond this material world. She specializes in guiding clients into altered states of consciousness, facilitating over thousands of transformational Breathwork sessions, a specific type of breathwork that provides deep experiences of altered states and connects you with your Inner Healer.

She is delighted by the inherent wisdom of the natural world, and views psilocybin as a loving tool and teacher on the path to wholeness. Through her own personal journey, psychedelics played a major role in self discovery, gifting her life-changing clarity and glimpses into the true nature of this reality. She continues her own self-study by devoting herself to the path of Zen Buddhism and has participated in over 10 week-long silent meditation retreats. She is confident and well versed in explorative journeys.

Before Natasha moved to Portland, she worked for five years as a Flight Attendant and First Mate on a 66 foot sailboat - crossing the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean by boat and air many times. Her calm, gentle and steady presence provides a loving anchor to rest upon during long explorative journeys; both inside and out.

Areas of focus: life transitions, chronic stress, grief and loss of loved ones, depression and disconnection, trauma, acceptance, navigating areas of stagnancy and “stuckness”, building a different/deeper relationship to Self, reconnecting to joy and ease, embodiment/present moment experience.
